Kylie has over 15 years of project management and executive
support experience across a range of industries and corporate
environments. Through her various roles, she has developed a
diverse and versatile skill set with high-level situational
awareness, enabling her to prioritize tasks and manage time for
optimal efficiency. Since joining JWC Partners in 2022, she liaises
closely with clients and candidates to coordinate scheduling and
manage engagement logistics, ensuring timely communication and
deliverables.
Most recently, Kylie was the Executive Assistant to the CEO at
Athletico Physical Therapy in Oak Brook, Illinois. Prior to
Athletico, she was the Executive Assistant to executive leaders at
Roti Modern Mediterranean, Orbitz, and Potbelly Sandwich Shop. She
began her career in marketing and proposal writing at Thornton
Tomasetti, a structural engineering firm.
Kylie received a BA in English from Ohio Wesleyan University.
She and her husband live in Chicago with their two children. She
enjoys reading, cooking, and travel.
