With more than 25 years of people-facing business experience,
Kristy has recruited and assessed candidates in a myriad of
industries and functions, demonstrating acute judgement around
candidate skills, culture, and potential. Her experience spans
across industries including consumer, healthcare, insurance,
professional services and industrial. Kristy has focused on C-Suite
executives and senior level leaders including CEOs, CFOs, Heads of
Corporate Strategy and General Counsels. Clients praise Kristy's
keen assessment skills, client focus, and decisive and efficient
process leadership.
After studying psychology, sociology, and human development,
Kristy began her executive search career with Korn Ferry
International in San Francisco before transferring to the firm's
Chicago office. After joining the healthcare practice at Lamalie
Amrop International (LAI), Kristy's entrepreneurial spirit led her
to join the startup LAIcompass.com as Director of Operations,
playing an integral role in building a middle management online
search business which was purchased by Monster/TMP Worldwide.
Kristy understands how to craft nuanced and insightful questions
when interviewing at the most senior levels. Having reviewed
thousands of resumes in her career, Kristy also has an unparalleled
ability to match a client's needs with a slate of diverse, uniquely
qualified candidates.
Kristy earned a BS in human development and social policy from
Northwestern University. She lives in Evanston, Illinois with her
husband and their three children. Kristy enjoys entertaining old
and new friends, paddle tennis, and walking her dogs.
